Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding our free trial offer, subscription payments, cancellations, and refund conditions for the AI Market Analytics subscription-based trading signals service. By subscribing to our service (including continuing beyond the free trial), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Free Trial
7-Day Free Trial for New Users: We offer a free trial period of seven (7) days to all new users. This trial allows you to evaluate our trading signals service and platform features without any upfront cost.
No Charges During Trial: You will not be billed any subscription fees during the 7-day free trial period. If a payment method is required at sign-up, it will not be charged until the trial ends.
One Trial Per Customer: The free trial is available one-time for each new subscriber. It is intended to give you a risk-free opportunity to assess the service. Users re-registering with a new account may not be eligible for additional free trials.
Upgrade to Paid Subscription: After the 7-day trial, service will only continue if you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription (Premium plan). If you do not upgrade (or if you cancel before the trial ends), your trial access will expire with no billing.
Non-Refundable Policy
All Sales Final: Once a subscription payment has been processed (after the free trial or for any renewal period), that payment is final and non-refundable. AI Market Analytics maintains a strict no-refunds policy on all subscription fees.
Digital Service – Immediate Access: Our products are digital services that grant immediate access to proprietary trading signals, analytics, and tools. Due to the intangible nature of the service and instant delivery of content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or pro-rated credits for any subscription. All sales are final upon payment.
No Refunds for Usage or Performance: Refunds will not be issued based on your usage of the service (whether you used it frequently or not at all) or your perceived effectiveness of our trading signals. In other words, dissatisfaction with features, trading results, or any subjective expectations does not qualify for a refund once you have subscribed.
Chargebacks and Disputes: We encourage you to contact us if you experience any issues. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer for a charge that is not in error is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to deny disputing users access to the service if a chargeback is filed for a valid charge.
Exceptions – Billing Errors: The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are cases of verifiable billing errors or duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., you were double-billed or charged despite cancelling in time), please contact us promptly. We will review and, if applicable, correct the mistake or issue a refund for the erroneous charge.
Legal Compliance: This no-refund policy is applied to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. It does not affect any rights you may have under consumer protection laws; aside from those required by law, no refunds will be provided.
Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done by logging into your AI Market Analytics account and following the instructions under the account Subscription settings. Alternatively, you can request cancellation by contacting our support team (see Contact Information below). We will process cancellation requests promptly and send a confirmation once your subscription is cancelled.
Cancelling During Free Trial: If you decide not to continue after the free trial, you must cancel before the 7-day trial period ends to avoid any charges. Once you cancel during the trial, your account will not be upgraded to a paid plan and no subscription fee will be charged. (You will retain access to the free trial features until the trial expires.)
Cancelling a Paid Subscription: If you cancel an active paid subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Premium features until that billing period concludes. Your subscription will not renew thereafter.
No Prorated Refunds: Cancelling stops future payments, but it does not result in a refund of any unused portion of your current paid term. For example, if you cancel in the middle of a month for a monthly plan, you will retain service access for the remainder of that month, but you will not be refunded for the remaining days. There are no prorated refunds for unused time or early cancellation of annual plans.
Subscription Changes: Downgrading or upgrading your subscription (if applicable) may be subject to our no-refund policy as well. If you upgrade, the new plan’s billing will apply going forward (with no refund of prior payments). If you downgrade or choose not to renew, the change will take effect after the current paid period, with no refund for the current period. Always review any plan change details, as fees already paid remain non-refundable.
